The Employee Certification Training is a voluntary, self-paced program designed to give 911 Restoration Franchise employees the skills and knowledge they need to provide outstanding service to our customers. Upon successful completion of the course materials and examination, employees are awarded certification. Because this program is voluntary, the time it takes each person may vary. Modules include:

A 7-day virtual course with our company’s top experts is the foundation of the 911 Restoration training program.
